Up for sale near Charlotte NC is a fully custom Harley Davidson bobber that looks, runs and sounds great. It has a bobber , cafe racer feel and stance with that unmistakable Harley sound with the 1200cc V-Twin power plant. Notice the custom made intake and fender modifications - there are a lot of small touches throughout the bike. Push button start and stop. The miles listed is from reset during build so there have been less than 1500 miles put on it since build (full engine rebuild). Runs really strong and starts right up every time. It sat as a marketing / show bike on a motorcycle shop floor for a few years after it was first built. I believe I am the second owner (third if you count the shop that bought it to display). Its mileage is listed as exempt on the
clean title and is really cheap/easy to register and insure.
This build was done by DP Customs in collaboration with Local Motors custom shop. There were a handful of these made in different colors, but you'll be hard pressed to find one. The good thing about them having a small run of them is that they worked out any kinks and put out a really nice custom hard tail bobber. This was a well organized project with art rather than profit in mind - I'll post links to documented builds so you can see exactly what they did. It's a really cool back story and process. This bike was inspired by the 1970’s formula F1 race car in general. This specific bike brought in the color and number inspiration from Peyton Manning’s years at the Tennessee Volunteers. The seat came with a football covering that was replaced, but comes with the bike.
I'd prefer to meet and make the deal here in NC rather than ship the bike so come by and check her out. Once someone sees it and drives it, they will buy it! We will do a deal at a bank where we sign over the title and deposit funds together. No scammers please.
why am I selling? I just don't ride the bike anymore and have a growing family.
