This rare hanging train design was made my Goodwin Weavers in the USA by Crown Crafts Inc

Disney Copyright is on front and on tags.

No dates in on any of the tags from what I see. Wooden dowel is at the top and a blue ribbon for easy hanging. Looks cute on a wall or door.

The inside of the Pooh tag reads:
