This is a raspberry Pi 1 model B with a nice metal attaché case to hold everything. It includes a monitor screen, keyboard and mouse and several other circuits and components and connectors.
I'm not sure what all the bits do, but I'm sure any raspberry pi enthusiast will relish the challenge of finding out.
