This listing is for a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: Splinter Speaks Konami Handheld game from 1990. The item is in used and complete condition, but has visible wear. The game was briefly tested and worked intermittently, but would shut off at times. Holding the top of the handheld game together tightly allowed the game to keep working, but I cannot guarantee the game is in working condition. Only buy if you are interested in displaying, the parts included, or trying to fix the intermittent working issue.
