The Chord Company Clearway 5DIN to 5DIN 1.0 m Analogue Interconnect.

The design of the CHORD Clearway 5DIN to 5DIN cable is based on the same solutions as those used in the famous C-Line series models, but these cables are manufactured using improved components.

CHORD Clearway 5DIN to 5DIN conductors have an increased cross-section and are made of highly purified oxygen-free copper. The patented ARAY geometry effectively combats phase distortion, resulting in natural and transparent sound.

Clearway uses fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) as a dielectric, which is very similar in characteristics to Teflon. Such a material not only has excellent insulating properties, but is also completely chemically inert, that is, it does not have a negative effect on the conductor.

For reliable protection even from intense external electrical interference over a wide frequency range, the CHORD Clearway 5DIN to 5DIN cable uses double-layer shielding. One of the shields in the cable is made of foil, and the other is copper braided.

Analogue Interconnect Cable CHORD Clearway 5DIN to 5DIN is equipped with proprietary 5-pin DIN connectors with direct silver plating. This cable is hand assembled at The Chord Company's factory in the UK.

The cable comes in a The Chord Company branded box.
