The puzzle is sold as a collectable and not a child's toy. This is due to the small parts inside which may become free if the puzzle was broken or disassembled.
ITEM DETAIL
This is my custom made Red "Golden" Cube puzzle. As stated in the video there are some major issues with the appearance.
MOVEMENT / GENERAL QUALITY
Movement is very good like an original Meffert's Golden Cube.
APPEARANCE
Very bad. Several cloudy areas and the red is too bright. I made this when I was experimenting with different colours and the combination of dye and resin I tried didn't work very well. Instead of throwing it away I thought someone might like it as the movement is still good.
CONSTRUCTION
Custom made / mod / transformation of a Skewb Ultimate. The add-on parts were cast in polyurethane resin from moulds made from genuine Meffert's Golden Cube parts. This makes it second generation.
DURABILITY
Pretty good though like most puzzles if dropped it could break or come apart.

Extremely rare.

SHIPPING
The cost of insured postage from the UK is pretty horrendous these days even though I use the cheapest method available to me. All postal rates are genuine and can be checked on the Royal Mail website.
UK buyers: Insured Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Other buyers: Insured Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (where available).
I can usually post items on the Monday after the auction providing I have received payment and it's not a national holiday.
Please note, non UK buyers maybe charged an import duty and even VAT depending on their location. For insurance purposes I must declare the full value on the customs form.
