Antique Skillman Door Latch / Knob Set, Brass / Copper

-The entire assembly is still intact from the original install date of 1953, we believe, which is the year the building was constructed.  It's from an old fire door, constructed of steel.  Because of this, the edges of the door material are sharp so be careful.

-We're not door latch pros, so if the terminology is off, that's why.

-The actual assembly maxes out at 8" long.

-The striker works, but is weak and doesn't move much.

-The deadbolt moves great, no resistance in moving in and out.

-The knobs turn well.

-The assembly portion in between the knobs might be steel, can't say for sure, but looks like it.

-There is no key with this, lost over time.

-Two screws were removed and attempted to put back in, but resistance was encountered so we stopped.  Those screws are still there.  There are two screws missing in the entire assembly, I think.  Everything is intact though, still attached to the a chunk of the original door.

-Heavy; assembly weighs in at just under 9 lbs.

-Packed up well and ready to ship.
