An old antique Parker Janesville Lucky Curve commemorative fountain pen with Jack-Knife safety cap. WIS USA. As well as the pen details, printed on the barrel is 'London & Lancashire Fire Insurance Company 50 Years'. Printed on the cap is the L&L Fire Ins Co shield and 'Jack-Knife Safety'. The pen and nib are in OK condition considering age. I haven't managed to open the pen to find out what's inside or check that it can be filled.
