The metal slot mechanism means it is very straightforward to put together (can be done by one person - two is obviously better) and the frame comes with 8 slats to put under a mattress. These have previously been nailed into place to stop them shifting.

It has been stored for some time and would benefit from a new paint job ( which was what I intended to do with it)  and I have shown the worse bit in the photos. Otherwise, it could just be sanded and waxed and would be gorgeous again. 

Base board end post height: 92cm
