Listed are these 3 First World War vintage photographs showing Lieutenant Phillip Carden. Carden lived in Brighton and originally served in the Sussex Yeomanry but earned a commission, he then served the remainder of the war in the Army Service Corps.


The 1st photograph measures 165mm x 107mm. The photographer was Edmund Wheeler of Western Rd Brighton. It is in fair condition. It has some age related staining and wear to the corners & edges. It shows signs of mounting on the rear.

The 2nd photograph measures 147mm x 105mm. The photographer was B & W Fisk - Moore, Canterbury. It is mounted on card which measures 175mm x 125mm. It is in good condition. It has some age related staining and wear to the corners & edges. It shows signs of mounting on the rear

The 3rd photograph measures 145mm x 102mm and is mounted on card. It is in good condition. It has some age related staining and wear to the corners & edges. It shows signs of mounting on the rear.

All 3 photographs have been annotated on the rear in ink.
