Policeman Metal Figure 

-Possible Car Mascot- 

This auction is for a metal policeman figure, dressed in a Victorian/Edwardian style. This piece does not originate from that era, however, although I am not aware of the age of this piece. This item is rather heavy for its size.  

This item measures approx. 9.2cm in height (not including the screw fixing) and approx. 3.5cm at its widest point.  

This item has a screw fixing to the base, which makes me think that it may have been intended as a car mascot or a ‘topper’ of some kind.  

This piece displays rubbing and wear to the metal surface, as well as tarnishing to the base. The rim of the policeman’s helmet has an uneven edge, to one side.
