Victorian Photograph

A young boy named Harry William Rush, born July 16th 1864, Fressingfield (Suffolk). William is wearing a dress which was common for boys of toilet training age in Victorian Times!

I suspect the photograph is a CDV but cannot confirm this without breaking the leather with gold design frame open.
