I know very little about this item. It is clearly a gas mask of some sort. Marked ‘2’ to forehead which presumably is the size. Also a tiny Nokia Symbol to cheek suggesting Nordic origin. All seems complete and in good order. Goggles need a clean but I always leave cleaning to the buyer whatever the item.
