Sleeve Condition:  Very Good .   some scuffing to back, original price sticker.  stamp of date sept 11 1952.
Record Condition:  EX-  no scratches,  looks not played but may need proper dusting.

Mailed USPS Media Mail in a cardboard record mailer with tracking, I separate the record from the sleeve and add cardboard inserts. .  I can ship up to 3 records at the same time for the price of 1.

Mint or Sealed = Like New or is New. 
Near Mint = Nearly New but not Perfect
EX+ = Nearly New but some Imperfections
EX- = Almost EX+
VG+ = Very Good Plus   Some smudges, dust and marks that do not affect play
VG  =  Acceptable  , Noted Condition

I always separate record from cover before shipping in one record mailer.
