From my friend Joyce's collection comes this unusual vintage copal amber tribal necklace with a large interesting pendant. 28" long, with 3 " by 4" silver pendant that has a bezeled red glass center and dangling silver. No markings on pendant.
Great with art to wear...I am listing several different tribal necklaces from her collection today. Wonderful to wear with art to wear! Big, chunky, statement pieces.
I don't know a lot about jewelry so I have to research whenever I list something new since I try to give as much information as I can. I didn't know what copal amber was, for example.
Copal Amber comes from Tanzania and is also a tree resin, like Baltic Amber, except it hasn't fully fossilized.
I am a potter, not a jeweler, so I will tell you as much as I know about the jewelry I am listing.

Returns are accepted if I have missed a flaw or made a mistake. Measurements are done with item hanging, usually, and please allow room for your body in there! I measure length from the shoulder, bust under the armhole and doubled. The best idea is to measure something that fits you well in a similar garment. Just email me through ebay's message system.
