Vintage Sindy Three Storey House 44570 Boxed. It has been well loved and well played with but looked after. Please see the photos as I have taken as many as I can to help show the set. The plastic has signs of aging and is yellow/orange in places and some pieces feel a little fragile. The cardboard sections are in good condition for their age with some marks, scratches and a bit of pink blue tac on the outside facing section. The pieces for the staircase are all there but the central pole has broken and the circular bannister that went on the rooftop patio is missing. One of the side sections has snapped however it still slots together in the connecting section ok. I’m not sure if all the screws are complete but there’s certainly enough to construct the house with.

The house comes in its original box. There are a couple of tears and marks but again, considering its age, not too bad condition. There is also a suggested floor plan, which came with the set (no photo as I ran out of space!).
