Each has the instruction page with chart and information on floss, fabric etc.. Most have leftover floss included. There are dates written in pencil on all charts but no other markings that I can see.

They do not include fabric, needles, or wire hangers shown on packaging. It appears you can buy something similar online or could likely fashion your own quite easily.
