This is a very beautiful, very high quality hand knotted round rug with a 100% wool pile.   This gorgeous round rug features a thick plush pile - the pile is soft to the touch and feels like a rich velvet.  

The pile has a lighter side and a darker side and shading like velvet. The design elements are hand carved to add a beautiful depth to the rug.

By virtue of this being a genuine hand knotted rug there may be slight imperfection and are considered part of its beauty and uniqueness.
