Malossi is pleased to present the new Digitronic ECU with variable timing! Compared to the original ECU, Malossi has modified the injection timing mapping and increased the rev limit to 15,000 rpm. The new Digitronic manages the ignition advance and the SAS valve. Injection timing mapping Ignition management is carried out using a three-dimensional map by linear interpolation, which contains 16 parameterization points for RPM and 8 parameterization points for engine temperature. SAS Valve Mapping The secondary intake valve, located at the base of the throttle body, allows the engine management system to compensate for the nonlinearity typical of a carburetor-fed engine.
