Nice condition. No rips, tears, dirt, stains, or bends. Seems like there is a small ding in the corner; not a crease and barely noticeable, which made it hard to photograph. The pic with the open page is pretty representative of the paper color. The corners are pretty nice. I'm not a professional grader, so you have to go by the pics. I read through it once as a kid and then packed it away.
