Here's an old build Model T speedster. A couple of years ago it had a valve grind to repair for a burnt valve.
The rotten wood wheels were relaced with adapted Ford Focus space saver spare rims. 600/16" bias ply
tires on the front, 650/16" on the rear. The smaller tires combined with a 10 tooth pinion gear in the
differential make it quick off the line. The rear seat from a Honda CRV, with seat belt, was adapted to
replace the old wood seat. The fuel tank used to be under the old seat, we moved it back to make room for
the CRV seat. It should be re-mounted a little higher for better fuel flow. It runs well on magneto and the
generator, horn and lights work. It has a clean B.C. title, registered in my name. It has been stored in a dry
container for the past 2 years. The last time it ran was when it was driven in there. The eyes on the front
Spring are reversed, giving it a drop. This is not a restored car, but everything is working, bands are good,
and handbrake holds. I was planning to run it, but got involved in another project. Need the room. From
here, you have many options. $500.00 deposit required upon successful bid. Car is advertised locally,
reserve the right to withdraw listing if vehicle sells.
Further note, these photos were taken probably 3 years ago, before the car was stored away. Since then,
the corners of the firewall have been rounded for a better look. An ammeter has been added, and proper
carburetor controls installed.
