All postal purchases payment by eBay is required, but if you want to collect I prefer to accept cash on collection. 

Postal charge is usually for second class by Royal Mail and careful packaging (unless large value) but if you want quicker post please contact me or change the invoice before paying. I am happy to combine and discount multiple buys in the same week provided you let me know you are bidding on more than 1 item so I can hold postage. 

I do my best to accurately describe the items I am selling  and if I see anything that I consider to be a fault or defect, I will add it to my description.

Please consider that not every sign of use can be described, so be realistic with your expectations when placing bids on used/worn/vintage items. I always picture the actual item(s).

 The size and dimensions are as labelled or my approximate measurements and are a guide. Please compare them with your own to ensure a good fit, as sizes vary from brand to brand! Please also consider that colours in photos can vary between screens and lighting with different settings.

If on receipt you are unhappy please contact me to resolve rather than leave negative feedback. I always appreciate positive feedback and usually give this to all purchasers so both of us benefit from better scores.

 I am just a working Mum who’s family have too much stuff, we are not really collectors of anything and certainly not traders!  We have strong environmental principles and rarely throw anything usable away; we would rather give it to charity if we cannot sell it.

Returns - I do not accept returns if you have simply changed your mind. If we do agree a return postage will be at your cost. Refunds are not offered, except if I have made an error with the listing (nobody is perfect). If the item is damaged in the post we will of course accept return of that item (or disposal your end) and refund providing we have discussed it first.
