Bound in tool worked leather with gilt highlights, Decorated brass covered corners to front and back boards and decorated brass clasps. Spine has gilt title and decoration. Gilt ends. There is black tape along the joint of the front board. Old worm holes in bottom front board and top and bottom ends (no dust present). Some minor page tears. Six coloured pages for family names, pictures etc. previous owners names present. Coloured title page, 21 Full page illustrations, five of which are in colour. Two coloured maps of, Egypt and Palestine. Some age related discolouration, foxing. Some marks scuffs etc. Binding tight. Approx. 12.75" x 10.25" This weighs about 5kg.
