C PEN READER PEN FIRST EDITION

Bought in 2016 for my daughter who is dyslexic to help her read.

It literally got tested once and my daughter didn't like it. - thinking maybe she was too young for it i stored it away safely for when she may need it. however it never came out the box again and its still virtually brand new.

I have read that as it has not been used for many years the battery may not work. I have charged it fully at 100% and it works perfectly but only when plugged into the wire. When i take the wire out of the pen the screen goes off and wont work with just the battery itself. which is what i have read will happen with these pens if the battery is not kept charged.

unfortunately i wasn't aware i needed to keep the battery charged every 3 months 

However everything is still working perfectly fine, i have tested all the settings, read some text and its working great when plugged in.  

So I'm selling this cheap hoping its still useful for someone. 

This box didn't come with ear phones but they are cheap and easily sourced and the pen reads out loud too if needed.

it comes boxed, with original instructions, USB cable and mini case.
