Oris is a renowned independent Swiss watchmaker since 1904. They are known to bring out their own designs without coping any other watch brand and offer fantastic watches at a reasonable price.
Oris Big crown was introduced in 1938. It was designed as a tool Watch for aviator pilots. They intentionally made the crown bigger, so that it was easy for the pilot to wind the watch. This model evolved over the years to a modern version of a very tastefully designed watch. Here is a fine example of a well executed timepiece.
The case of the watch is made out of bronze. It has a gorgeous brown dial along with a brown leather strap. It is a killer combination. It has a very nice Vintage style crown. The red pointer date feature is a cool unique option.

The watch is in very good condition with minor signs of use. It has a something like a tiny scratch (on the side of the case) near o’clock position. A dent on the (side of the case) 4 o’clock position.
The watch is in good working order.
Please note; the cushion to hold the watch in the box, has been missed placed by the previous owner of the watch.
