So if you own a wonderful Georgian Sterling VInagrette why hide it in your pocket? So I made it into a necklace. Such wonderful craftsmanship, It has a gold wash on the interior and is hallmarked in two places. The interior lid is on a hinge and your can put a small sponge for perfume in it. That's what it had when I bought this piece in London over 30 years ago.  Quite the conversation piece it's time for a new home.
