You are looking at a Vintage Folding Camera ILEX Acme Shutter with Ensign Anastigmat Series VIIn No0 Lens (serial number 197395).

The shutter has a filter thread roughly 19mm in diameter - it has its front and back fixings for fitting to a camera. 

The glasses are unscratched - there's some light misting inside but no sign of fungus.

The shutter has speeds between 1/1 & 1/300 and T & B settings. Aperture scale is between 7.7 and 32

The shutter fires correctly at all speeds and on B & T. Aperture setting moves smoothly and does its job. Blades are in good order and free from oil deposits.
