2006 US Universal 1-track promotional CD single (UNIR21598-2) - 5:43 version - custom disc, picture sleeve with lyrics printed inside and back insert. Purchased new from eil.com in 2006 & never played.

2006 UK 1-track Promotional CD-R, with 3:12 version of the song. Clear PVC sleeve with no insert. Though this disc is unplayed by me, the disc shows quite heavy use, where hopefully it was played to promote the single!!
