For sale are (2) factory sealed packs of 1997-98 Topps retail NBA basketball cards. Each pack contains 11 cards. These packs are foil and are very wrinkled looking. I personally pulled these from a sealed retail box, and they have not been tampered with in any way, just very wrinkled wrappers on these.

Shipping with in the US is $4.50 for the first lot, and $1.50 for each additional lot purchased.
