This is an Antique Corset shaped Vase.

This is 7-1/2" tall by 4" wide top rim.

It is from the American brilliant period, (late 1800's to 1915).  which is a 100 years old now!

The vase is good quality and cut all over!  Lots of hobstars in a geometric grid with a few horizontal miters to create stacked sections.  This pattern grid may look familiar as many companies cut similar- Hunt "Royal", Blackmer "Sultana", Maple City "Temple", Bergen "Chester", Sterling "Arcadia" and even Val Saint Lambert made one at the same time frame.

Condition: this is pre-owned and 100 years old. I inspected the top rim and found no chips or issues. It is not clouded or crizzled so the blank itself is in good condition too, nice clarity and quality.
