This controller is in a used state and is being sold as is.  It has two missing switches and two missing knobs. The switches and knobs could be easily replaced. All of the button,switches, knobs or functioning proper . There is a crack in the right screen that does not affect its functionality either. I connected it to my computer and all of my music library came up. That is the extent that I tested it to and I was able to pull up songs on my computer after I downloaded the software, which is free to download.
