Very nice condition with no pitting or rust/ marks on the tuner at all.  Lettering on case is complete and vibrant. One plastic hinge on case not connected, but did not at all affect operation. Also, small scratch on case bottom.  Tuner is 13 keys.  Please see pics for further description and condition.
