Jacket with light corner and edge wear, a small split bottom edge starting at opening about 1", and at that point, a previous owner affixed a strip of clear tape to prevent further split, no previous owner marks, a faint ring back jacket, a small crease bottom right corner back jacket.  LP stored in plain white inner sleeve which was split on bottom center about 3 inches, but not on sides.  LP surface LOOKS VERY PLAYABLE.  There is a single light scratch which cuts across the three cuts, only slightly at the end of cut 1 and slightly at the beginning of cut 3.  It is not feelable.  Without that scratch, I'd be near a NM grade because the rest of both sides is very clean with no scratches seen.  With it, I'll conservatively grade in the range of VG+ to VG++.
