The tubes for the lugs measure from end to end 14mm. They are 38mm ( 1 1/2" ) long by 28mm ( 1 1/8" ) wide. 

They are not hallmarked, but have been fully tested, and verified weighing in at 22.1 grams. There are no problems.  Comes from a clean, smoke-free home.
