This was from an EB Games manager convention (probably around 18 years ago but my timeline could be off by a bit)

This is a very rare item. Its a great conversation piece and a great piece to have for any collector.

The name/logo has rubbed off a bit and the bottom the gauge has discolored slightly.

Please check pictures carefully.
