CONDITION - Photos (of the photo) show it's in nice shape. The "not for reproduction" text is NOT on the photo itself. heavy glossy paper. Standard 8" x 10"

Not sure of exact origin, we've had this photo (and a few other live shots of AC/DC and Def Leppard we are selling or will sell soon) since 1982 or 1983 that were inside sleeves in a collection of records traded into a store.

Great photo of the man. we have another copy of this same shot  framed/hanging on wall for years now.

But, as to what we know of origin, the "AC DC 29" on back corner of print tells us these are the original photographer's prints who personally printed them as they are written on back corners the # of the negative in the rolls they are from. This is how in photography school I learned to keep track of what I was working on as before you develop them, these are just white paper. So right after you expose them (after they are still just white) you write the info on the back, and then you put the white sheet in the developer for the image to emerge in the tray. So they are obvious to me, original prints made by the photographer.

A rare and seemingly unpublished shot.... we could not find another example of online...or anything similar in searches. We looked through a LOT of pages of images thinking it had to be there.
We were so familiar with this picture, we were really surprised we couldn't find anything like it online. So...we looked through a lot of 1978-80 issues of Creem , Circus and Hit Parader to see if we could find this shot there or anything similar but found nothing. We were so familiar with this picture ourselves, we were really surprised we couldn't find it anywhere else.

Some of the other photos in this batch we got years ago indicate they may be from rock photographer Bill O' Leary but alas, he only shot AC DC on Brian Johnson's first tour later in 1980
