BARELY USED! It comes with a Logitech Combo Pro case (in the original Logitech box) a $200 value and a charging cable. 

The iPad was always protected in the case and had a screen protector since day one, and it looks like new. 

One thing I would like to mention is that the Apple pencil charges intermittently; that said, I never had a time when the pencil was out of charge. It might take some time for the iPad to connect to the Apple pencil, but no other issues.
