It comes with a massive 4TB internal SSD with TRIM support, which is 16 times larger, and around 50% faster, than the Apple SSD it originally had. Hard drive health is 100%, of course, as it's a brand new SSD with its own manufacturers warranty.  

Apple's own hardware diagnostics test report checks out fine with this Mac Pro (please see last pic). For added measure it has also had an intensive 72-hour soak test that it has passed without a single error. However, for even more peace of mind, it comes with a 90-day, parts and labour, return-to-base warranty. Additionally, you are welcome to visit in person to test it out in any way you would like for as long as you want prior to purchase.

As mentioned above, OS Mojave is loaded by default since this is the most recent OS that continues to support older 32-bit programs as well as 64-bit. However, I will install of any of Apple's previous (or later) supported operating systems if you message me when ordering.

Your Mac Pro will be packaged safely and securely. Any orders fully processed by 1:00 pm (Mon-Fri) are given their final testing and boxed ready for Royal Mail collection the following morning.
