POLICIES - Please
read our policies, they pertain to every item sold from this store.
General information: Each item is described as thoroughly as
possible. All items available for purchase are in excellent condition unless
noted - the condition of each item is described in the listing. Pictures are
taken of each item up for sale/auction, so please look closely – this is the
item you will receive!
Shipping: Our shipping is calculated on destination. We recycle as many shipping supplies as
possible and mostly use Priority Mail as we have found that it is a much safer
way to ship and it includes insurance.
Returns: Our return policy is simple - if you are unhappy
with your purchase, you must email us within 14 days of
receiving your purchase letting us know what the problem is and as soon as we
receive the item back in its original sold condition, we will refund your
money. If the item was not described properly, we will refund 100% of the
purchase plus actual shipping cost for returning the item, however, if you
decide to return the item because you just do not want it, there will be a
restocking fee of 20% and the return shipping cost is the buyer's
responsibility.
Damaged Items: We do not cut
corners on our packing – all breakable items are wrapped securely and packed in
shipping peanuts. However, we cannot control the care or lack thereof of the
postal or shipping service. Insurance is included on all items over $50 –
please contact us immediately if your item is damaged. In order to file a claim
or forward a refund, we need to have a picture of the damaged item forwarded to
us.
