The doll itself is in great condition, nice hair not frizzy, nice face paint.  She has her original outfit on but the clothes do show issues, a pink ink mark on lower leg of one pants leg, a rip on the side of a pant leg, and the elastic on the waist of the long skirt is stretched out.  She is missing one shoe.  Her beautiful long sun-streaked hair is nice, not frizzy, just needs combing.  There are no jewelry accessories.  This doll has the Twist N Turn feature.  She has a very pretty face with her smile showing a hint of her white teeth.
