Abel Perfect Tool. These are getting harder to find. This one has been used, but is in overall nice shape. All tools are there and function as intended. This could be wiped down and cleaned up to really shine. The most noteworthy thing is a bit of rust/oxidation on the hinge pin. This could be cleaned up a bit or left as is.
