Hot Wheels Turismo #1694 Orange Vintage 1981 Unpunched Card New Sealed Error

This vintage Hot Wheels car is sealed on card with minor age related wear and no visible yellowing to the plastic.

It's the orange Turismo from 1981, number 1694 with an unpunched card - this car never saw the toy store racks!

This one is a strange one - the car is upside down and there's no way for it to turn in the box. The plastic is a little broken on the right hand side, but not large enough for the car to be removed. Possible error model?

The card back is the Service Center edition.
