Ø We will not accept bids from 0-feedback bidders at the moment. Should you insist, please email name and contact details prior to bidding, otherwise your bid/s will be cancelled.

Ø We do not entertain requests for order cancellation when bidding has ended (note:  automatic user ID blocking) Measurements and photos are provided for you to consider before placing bids.  Be responsible.

Ø Manage your expectations when bidding for pre-owned items.  

Ø Shipping is for the account of the buyer, no free shipping.

Ø Paid items which are put on hold are good only for 2 weeks.  We will ship items thereafter to your registered address. 

Ø An unpaid item case will automatically file for unpaid items.

Ø We reserve the right to block bidders with unselltled invoice or delayed payments.

PAYMENT 

Invoice is immediately sent to your registered email address so please check your inbox (not eBay messages inbox). Give us a notice if you did not receive one.  It is presumed that an invoice is promptly received when no notice is given.

SHIPPING & HANDLING 

Shipping is every Monday & Wednesday only.  Shipping is via JRS, rates depend on weight.  PLEASE NOTE:  Obligation of seller ends when the item is shipped.  Insurance is highly recommended, rate is 2% of the declared value.  

Shipping schedules:

            Monday – payment cut-off 12nn of Monday

           Wednesday – payment cut-off until 12nn Wednesday

RETURNS POLICY 

Immediately inspect your parcel upon receipt.  Returns are allowed only in cases of undisclosed major flaw of the item. We do not accept returns for reasons other than those stated. Some items are mislabelled so please check on the MEASUREMENTS  and PICTURES , which are  provided for you to consider prior to bidding.    Please communicate returns within 24 hours from receipt of item/s.  Requests for return after 24 hours from receipt of item/s will no longer be honoured.  Tags, if there are, should be intact upon return of the item.  Refund shall be given upon receipt of item.  If a refund is agreed upon, we must receive the item back within 3 days via JRS.
