SHIPPING
All items shipped same working day, if ordered before 11am. Depending on value, I use Royal Mail signed for items under 2kg and ParcelForce for everything else.
I only ship the goods to the address provided by eBay, If you would like it to go to a different address, please input the desired address at point of sale.
PAYMENT
Orders will only be dispatched after payment has been received. Payment must be made within 2 days of purchase. If not, and no contact has been made, the transaction will be cancelled and relisted.
I am not currently VAT Registered.
RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return an item, please use the eBay returns process.
You are welcome to contact me before a return is initiated, as some problems may be resolved without the need for a return.
I test all items thoroughly and try to describe them accurately, but will cover return postage if the item has a fault or if there has been an error in the description. My policy is to verify any fault, and serial number, once item has been returned. Only then will refunds be considered.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage in shipment. Buyers may be liable for loss in value if it is returned in a different condition.
