Beautiful vintage Harrods new wool midi wrap skirt.

Dress features two buckles that are adjustable (pictures show at the smallest and largest size). Great pleats in the back and a flat front with a fringe edge. Leather shows some wrinkling and is bent (shown in pics). Hardware is secure. No holes or stains. Very good vintage condition. Size tags states women’s 10-but this fits more like a small- see pictures for measurements. This is a classic that stands the test of time.
