Vintage Circus Clowns Glass Ceiling Light Lamp Shade in primary colors.  Really cute (or creepy-haha).  As with most ceiling lamp shades, one side is frosted (outer/facing down), the other is the painted side, facing the ceiling.  The shade is approx 15" diameter with a 1/2" hole in center.  No hardware included.
