1900's Chatelaine...with bird frame and belt hook. Unfortunately, the previous own glued in the maroon upholstry(?) fabric, but the opening mechanism and frame is in perfect condition. The small nail brads are rusty but a small file or sand paper could correct that.

A beautiful silk brocade fabric would make this a very stunning chatelaine.
