This is a vintage bullet pencil advertising Kentucky Tobacco Sales, located in Glasgow,

Bowling Green and Franklin KY. It measures 4” long in closed position. All print is easily readable. It is made from plastic with metal ends. Eraser and pencil looks to be unused. Pencil lead is sharp.
