Please refer to pictures for condition and measurements. Estate purchase. This is a battery operated item. It does require 2 C batteries. Batteries not included. I did place 2 batteries in and it does work, but since this is vintage from 1991 I don’t know how long the lightbulb will last. The battery compartment looks clean to me. You might see some attached fuzzy/pilling on the turtle. I do see some scratches/scuffs on the plastic portion of the turtle. I also see some subtle marks on the back of the turtle. See pictures.
