This auction is for a nice Antique Cobalt Blue Glass Pressed Flute Child's Toy Tumbler, Shot Glass, Midwestern, c. 1840 - 1870. This cobalt blue glass example is a wonderful little toy shot glass or tumbler. The tumbler has eight flute panels and is in a variant to the Sandwich Glass Flute pattern. This tumbler was probably manufactured at Midwestern glass factory at the same period that Sandwich produced glass toys.

DIMENSIONS: The toy glass tumbler is 2 1/4" H. x 2 1/16" Dia. at the top and 1 7/16" Dia. at the base.
CONDITION: The condition is very good with some small nicks to the top rim. This has lots of bubbles, sand bits, and other irregularities often present in early pressed glass.
